| 1978 Excalibur Series III Phaeton. This is not a kit car, it was factory built with the styling of the million dollar1929 Mercedes SSK. It is built on a complete Corvette drive-train with a big block 454 ci engine and Corvette automatic transmission. Two tone tan and gold with saddle leather interior. The miles are original and reading 14,912. This car needs nothing and is in excellent condition. Engine runs very strong and doesn't burn or leak any oil. The body is in beautiful condition with no signs of ever having any damage. The paint is in excellent condition with the exception of some minor chips. The leather interior is in beautiful condition and looks new. 6 original Dayton spoke wheels are in very good condition with no rust. Very nice chrome luggage rack, but no trunk. All the stainless is in very good condition. These cars are very hard to find in this condition. Asking 27,900 obo or trade. |
